Cannabis dispensed under Cannabis Act §62 can't legally be re-sold once it leaves our pharmacy. That doesn't mean you're stuck — here's exactly how this works.
CASE 01
Wrong item or damaged package
Refund or replacement, free shipping back, no questions. 14-day window from delivery.
CASE 02
Unopened, sealed, undamaged
Within 14 days we accept it back at our pharmacy partner. Quarantined then destroyed under audit.
CASE 03
Opened or used product
By law, not returnable. We can offer a partial credit at our discretion if the issue is product quality.
