01 — WHAT WE COLLECT
Plain English version: we collect the smallest amount of data we legally can to ship you medicine. Long version: identity (name, DoB, address), contact (email, phone), prescription metadata (issuing pharmacy, expiry, dosage), order history, and minimal device telemetry to keep the site secure.
02 — WHY WE COLLECT IT
Three reasons, in order: to fulfil your order, to satisfy Canadian and EU pharmacy law, to make the site faster the next time you return. We do not — and will never — sell your data to advertisers. We do not run analytics scripts from companies that do.
We hold your data because we have to ship you medicine. We don't hold a byte more than that. We don't share it with advertisers. You can delete it at any time and we'll do it within 30 days.
03 — WHO SEES IT
Only three parties: the licensed partner pharmacy that physically fills your Rx, the logistics provider (currently Purolator Pharma) for delivery scope only, and our own staff under audit. We list every third-party processor by name in §08.
04 — YOUR Rx DATA
Your prescription is stored encrypted at rest on EU servers, with access scoped to the dispensing pharmacist and you. We never use it for marketing — we don't even store the medical conditions written on it, only the bits we need to validate dispensability.
